Just to warn everyone Havant Council have fenced off the Langstone Harbour carpark at Esso beach.

I had a breif chat with the workmen and access is denied for two weeks while the Hayling Billy footpath is raised, to create a flood defense.

The overflow carpark is un affected and it is still possible to gain access to the water but parking and access have been severely compromised.

Could be interesting to see the chaos on a spring high tide and a windy weekend.
