Three weeks prior to the official in-store launch Tushingham have released information on their new 2010 sail and mast range on the web.
The Tushingham sail range has undergone major changes, with completely new designs and materials for many of the popular models. Tushingham continue to develop sails by producing prototypes for each size in each model. It is a huge task, but it ensures that each sail caters for its favoured conditions and matches the specific characteristics of mast bend.
The new Tushingham mast collection is the result of a two year project to define exactly what a good mast should be, to produce it consistently and to back this up with clear and accurate information. “We’re confident that the 2010 Tushingham masts are world-beaters and will improve the performance of any sail. A sail is only as good as the mast it’s rigged on. An obvious statement, but how much do you know about your mast?” says Roger Tushingham.
Keep an eye on the site – competitions for holidays in Barbados and Egypt are coming shortly.
