Biggest UK Waves Ever?!?

Something pretty special happened this weekend, Cornwall saw some of the biggest waves, ever. The Cribbar is a rarely seen, but absolutely massive reef wave down in Newquay. As you can imagine, some of the best windsurfers in the UK made it down to make the most of the very special conditions.

Steve Thorp, Ross Williams, Jan Sleigh and more were spotted taking on the might of The Cribbar. JnP events photography were down at the wave too, getting some unbelievable images. It wasn’t just the Cribbar that delivered though, the ‘usual’ beach breaks of Gwithian were absolutely massive too, with over double mast high waves in the sets…
