DOWNINGS WINDSURFING EVENT
19TH & 20TH JULY 2003. Fun for all the Family
Friday 18th July- Registration
Saturday 19th July – Racing starts at 11.00am. BBQ at 6.00pm
Sunday 20th July- Racing starts at 10.30am. Prize giving on the Beach at 4.30pm.
Bring the family and have a great weekend. Sailors of all ages and standards
are catered for. From 6 years of age to 70 years.
This year there will be a special team event – IWA -vs- UWA
(Irish windsurfing Association vs. Ulster Windsurfing Association).
Contact your own association to register interest. There will be eight in each
team (2 from each categories, junior, Women, Men, Masters, Novices.)
Each team will be allowed 2 substitutes from the bench. Blood subs will also
be allowed.
There will be 5 on the bench, one from each category. Subs to be notified to
the Race Officer prior to each race.
Membership of any organisation will be required for any Fleet.
