SMS WEATHER REPORTS!
Check out this excellent new service from the Met Office. Sign up at their
website for ‘mobile services’. Once that’s done, you can send a text message
on your mobile phone, and they bounce back a text message with the weather forecast!
You can set up ‘favourites’ like your fave windsurf beaches and get a 6-hour
forecast for that exact spot (50 pence cost). Or you can get the shipping forecast
for a certain area for just 10p.
